Andrew Tulloch Rejects Meta's $1 Billion Offer

  Andrew Tulloch, a University of Sydney graduate from Perth, was offered $1 billion by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg to buy AI start-up Thinking Machines Lab, co-founded by himself. However, he rejected the offer and instead joined OpenAI, the research organisation behind ChatGPT, before re-forming Thinking Machines Lab with former colleagues this year.
