The Erode Book Festival 2025 will be inaugurated on August 1, 2025 at Chikkaiah Government Arts and Science College in Veerappanchatiram. Minister S. Muthusamy will preside over the event alongside Collector S. Kandasamy. The festival, organized by the district administration and Makkal Sinthanai Peravai, will feature 230 themed stalls and prominent speakers, with lectures and interactions scheduled daily from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
