Kazakhstan is aiming to become a fully digital nation within three years, according to President Tokayev's state-of-the-nation address. A new Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development will be established, headed by a Deputy Prime Minister-level specialist, to spearhead this transition. The President also called for the rapid adoption of a comprehensive Digital Code covering artificial intelligence, big data, and the platform economy, with total integration of AI across all sectors of the economy.
