The event was filmed and posted on Instagram, with some people praising the technology as "wonderful" and suggesting it could one day help those who can't use guide dogs due to allergies or other issues. Others expressed skepticism, while some even called for it to be stopped. The robot operates using Stanford's OpenMind software and is already in use at research labs and universities. According to Morgan Stanley, the humanoid robotics market could grow to 1 billion units and generate $5 trillion in annual revenue by 2050.
